STEP 1
To start with lay out all of the parts that you will be working with
STEP 2
Clear the rifle and disengage the magazine. Follow all of your manufactures safety instructions on your rifle.
STEP 3
Push the rear push pin out of the lower and swing down the lower to remove it.
STEP 4
With a 5mm allen wrench remove the two rear stock screws and pull off the rear stock.
STEP 5
With a 1/4" punch and hammer drive out your barrel pin.
STEP 6
Now the barrel will come out of the trunion through the receiver.
STEP 7
Watch how the ejector interconnects with the barrel.
STEP 8
Notice how the back of the barrel has a flat that the ejector hooks into.
STEP 9
Slide the barrel down into the trunion and align the barrel pin hole.
STEP 10
Now you are ready to reinstall your barrel pin. If your receiver has been modified to use the quick change barrel pin it can now be installed.
STEP 11
Once the barrel pin is in slide the bolt and recoil spring into the receiver.
STEP 12
Reinstall the rear stock screws with the 5mm allen wrench.
STEP 13
Swing up your lower and reinstall the push pin.
STEP 14
Follow all safety rules when discharging a firearm.
